Natural cast original size, this life size spinal model consists the fully flexible vertebral column, occipital plate, cervical, thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, the full pelvis, and sacrum coccyx, with movable, removable femur heads.
Additional features include representations of: the vertebral arteries, spinal nerve exits and a prolapsed L3-L4 intervertebral disc.
Painted spines add a new dimension to demonstrations. Muscle origins (red) and insertions (blue) are painted on left innominate, femur and vertebrae of spine.
