Payment Option:

  • * We accept major Credit Cards including VISA, Master and American Express
  • * Personal cheques need to be certified.
  • * Accredited Institutions, Hospitals and approved private clinics will be granted 30-day payment terms upon evaluation of account status.
  •   We reserve the right of cancling the order if no payment within 3 business days after order.


Taxes and other Charges

  • * Price does not include taxes.
  • * Within Canada: Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price upon checkout. Taxes will be calculated as follows for orders within Canada, based on the rates specific to the province of your shipping address that you provided:
    Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador 13%
    British Columbia 12%
    Nova Scotia 15%
    Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Quebec 5%
  • * International orders: we do not charge taxes for international orders. Country-specific customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of each individual customer.


Shipping and Handling:

  • Flat fee for shipping & handling: 16.99 CAD within Canada (except Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon).Remote area will be charged surcharge shipping fee depending on location. 
  • Orders will be delivered by UPS, CanadaPost, or Frontier. If you have special request please feel free to contact us before shipment is handled.
  • Delivery time: Unless otherwise noted orders are processed 1-3 business days and are normally delivered within 3-11 business days.
  • Order tracking: You will receive a tracking number after shipment is dispatched.  

Return Policy

  • Easy return within 30 days.
  • Items can be returned for exchange or refund with the following conditions:
    • Items must be in saleable condition.
    • Items must be sent back within 30 days of your original receipt of the item.
    • Money back less actual shipping and handling.
    • A 10% of item price will be charged as restocking fee.
    • Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
    • You must email to for return instructions.
  • Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be refunded less actual shipping and handling charges.
  • If you have received a product that is defective, please email with your invoice number and a brief description of the defect(s) and pictures of the item(s) and we will reply with procedures on how to receive a replacement product.
